Tension Spring

Function
A tension spring is a spring designed to carry tensile loads along the axis of the coil.
By using the initial tension provided by the hooks at both ends, it can be used in a wide range of applications.

Features
Depending on the application, the shape of the hook is classified as round, angular, semi-circular, etc. Shape and length of the hook vary according to its use.

Compression Spring

Function
A compression spring is designed to carry compressive load along the axis of the coil and is widely used across all industrial fields.

Features
It is manufactured using a cold coiling process and, depending on the design, can be cylindrical, barrel-shaped, or conical. Depending on intended use, post-processing such as chamfering, shot peening, and setting is applied.

Torsion Spring

Function
A torsion spring uses the twisting action around the coil axis. It can be formed into various shapes and offers excellent space efficiency, but it requires precise designing and the manufacturing process is relatively complex.

Features
Depending on the design, there are straight-type and double-torsion-type springs. Additional surface treatment processes are applied according to the material used and the intended application.
